What you are opting in to

By checking the box on our application, refill portal or in-store form, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Fine Care Pharmacy about your food-support application and deliveries, prescription status, delivery updates, refill reminders, appointment or vaccine availability, and replies to questions you text us. These are informational messages, not marketing.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your activity — typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Fine Care Pharmacy never charges for texts.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation and no further texts unless you opt back in by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or call (718) 676-9976. Opting out of texts never affects your application, your deliveries, or your prescriptions — we will reach you by phone instead.

Consent is not a condition

Consent to receive texts is not required to apply for food support, to fill prescriptions, or to receive any service from Fine Care Pharmacy.

Privacy

We keep text content free of diagnoses and drug names wherever possible and send through a messaging vendor covered by a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in information collected for this program will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Supported carriers

Messages are sent to U.S. numbers on all major carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular and others). Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
